Join us on Sunday, August 16th to golf and help us re-stock the Four Points Church food pantry. Our food pantry regularly serves 45+ families and more than 140 people.  Your golfing and donations will help us to put food on the plates of the families that we serve.  

Shot gun start at noon.  Each team consists of two golfers.  Prizes awarded at the banquet which will begin at approximately 5:30pm.  Event will take place at Swan Valley Golf Club.  

For $85, each golfer gets:  18 holes of golf, cart, prizes, and dinner at the conclusion

  • $85 Generosity Sponsor - allows someone else to golf for free
  • $50 Hole Sponsor - your name or business on one tee box
  • $100 Bronze Sponsor - your name or business on two tee boxes
  • $150 Major Sponsor - Bronze level items + banner at golf course and sign in each golf cart
  • $250 Premier Sponsor - Major level items + mention on all signage and brochures
